When I got asked to create a real estate website my goal was to make the most Kick Ass site for this agent I could. So what does that entail?
- CONTACT INFORMATION ON EACH PAGE: Simple right? Then why doesn’t every agent have their number and email on each one of their sites?
- A Showcase of their listings, WHY? Because it first gratifies anyone looking for homes online or listings a property that they can find it here. Second you want to market YOUR Listings your way.
- An Intro Video. Your not good on camera? Guess what? You look that way. No its not the camera! Video is king online. Get with the program
- PROPERTY SEARCH DIRECTLY ON THE MLS! Listen….Why are sites selling your listings back to you? Because your clients can’t get that info from your site. Imagine if every single real estate agent’s clients went on their agents website to search for property? Then what? YOU the agent will have the power back. No more buying leads.
Have a Grand Opening of your Real Estate Website.
Would you agree that your online presence (in today’s world) is just as important as your office location in real estate? If not, don’t know what to tell you!
The idea was simple. You have a grand opening for office so why not a website.
There are so many other features to this site and it has been a success for me and the agent (who has already been getting leads from it).The number one reason why I think this site is Successful is because it is the launching pad for the agents BRAND.
